About Us
We are a group of nonprofits, city and county departments, and human service organizations that have teamed up to create a housing fair to help our family, friends, neighbors, clients, and staff navigate the resources and programs available to people in our community.
About The Fair
Neighborhoods throughout the City of Syracuse and Onondaga County are experiencing barriers to housing such as a limited housing stock, lack of available affordable housing/rental units, and a deficiency in the diversity in the type of housing available to residents.

There is a general need for resources to help people with legal issues, eviction prevention, financial advisement, and mapping of family services. The provision of safe, quality, and affordable housing opportunities paired with the resources and tools to assist residents in moving towards homeownership are key strategies in decreasing these housing barriers.

Our CNY Community Housing Fair aims to increase knowledge of the
opportunities and resources are available to city and county residents, along with providing a collaborative space for community organizations to assess gaps and needs to determine how service delivery can be improved.
